Private Dining
Firestone Restaurant and Bar features a private dining room that can accommodate up to 20 guests. It's the perfect spot for family gatherings, business celebrations, hosting friends for special occasions or running a working lunch meeting.
Private setting
Included with your reservations comes a server exclusive to your gathering to ensure you receive devoted service. The room features an iPod dock where you can play your own music. Custom music lists can be created for your event for a small fee, please mention your interest at the time of booking. If you have any special requests please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Technical Set-Up
The private dining room is equipped with wireless internet and a 42" LCD television with laptop connection.
Menu
All parties must order off the regular or feature menus.
Minimum Food & Beverage Charge
The minimum food and beverage charge to book the private dining room at dinner is $500. Prior to 4 p.m. the minimum is $400. A deposit of $200 will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking; this amount will be deducted from the final amount.
Confirmation
The number of guests in your party must be confirmed no less than forty eight hours from the date of the event. Please note that if there is a reduction in the number of guests for the function, the minimum charge still applies.
Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled up to one week in advance without penalty. The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made less than one week prior to the date of the event.
Prices are exclusive of taxes and an 18% gratuity.
